Do it anyway!
Many of us have made New Year Resolutions. It is the ninth of January and some of those resolutions have already been broken, shelved, or discarded. So many times, our resolutions are to become someone else. Resolve to be yourself in your best version. Clarify your values, accept your personal characteristics, accept your physical dimensions, and be the best version of you for today!
We only have today. Be good to yourself and take care of your body, mind, and soul. Celebrate all the things you do to be healthy in all life areas. Speak to and of yourself using positive language. Every day behave in a way that exhibits your gratitude for who you are as your creator made you.
These suggestions sound simple and they are. But they are not easy. It will be imperative to take the action when you are not feeling comfortable. Do it anyway. When afraid, take the action afraid. When feeling less than enough, take the action anyway. The positive feelings will follow taking the positive action, building with practice. It is time to act your way into positive thinking which will lead to positive feelings.
I wish you success in your practice,
Debbie
