What next?
This time in our lives is an overwhelmingly frightening dilemma or an opportunity for growth spiritually, personally, and as humanity. I choose opportunity. What if what is important is human beings? What if stopping and just being is what is necessary for humanity to move towards world peace?
This is an opportunity to be grateful for what we have and to re-evaluate what is important in life. Relationships are important. People are important. Big companies, money, and power are only important in as far as they create opportunities for all people to be as safe, healthy, and prosperous as possible.
I choose peace. I choose justice. I choose love. I choose human beings. What does this look like in my daily life? I live my beliefs with integrity. I am authentic in my relationships. I support endeavors that promote health and wellbeing for all people. This is not an exhaustive list. If each person lives their life according to their own values with authenticity, they will begin to have more self-confidence. With more self-confidence people will be able to have more authentic relationships. Relationships are what removes the barriers between people. When we are afraid of others or have disdain for their lifestyle choices, getting to know them and having a relationship with them will build bridges of understanding. These bridges will help humanity to collectively make the world a better place.
What is on your list? What do you choose? What do you support? What are you grateful for?
