Remove the Blame

I saw a Thich Nat Hahn quote today.  The quote was about empathy and how blaming others or self is not a solution in any way.

I know that when I remove blame as a tool from a problem or issue, I am more empathetic and reduce emotions and/or thoughts like resentment, jealousy, anger, frustration, and judgement.  This practice also helps me to increase my acceptance of what is so that I can increase my own sense of peace.

Try it.  Take an event and remove blame from your evaluation of the event.  Then look at the event in a logical and factual way.  How does it feel in each evaluation, one blaming and the other without blame, of the event?

Leave comments please.  I am excited to see what questions come up.  I am also excited to hear about the impact of this experience for you.
