Authenticity; How Hard Can it Be?

Authenticity; How Hard Can it Be? the seminar, starts this Thursday at 6:30 PM.

Being authentic may sound like it is easy and comes naturally.  It does not.  We begin in infancy being influenced to be, behave, believe, and act certain ways.  Our natural responses in biological, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of our lives are impacted by our cultures as we develop.  We utilize our individual personalities that we are born with to process the world.  This process develops the “masks” that we wear in our lives.

The seminar starts a journey of identifying the different masks that we wear and how to take off the mask and be authentic in our daily lives.  Being authentic as a way of life is a process.  As human beings there is no one who is 100% authentic or will arrive at that perfection.  The process is the goal.

Practicing authentic living is an exciting adventure.  Come join us this Thursday, 2-6-20 at 6:30 pm.  10945 Reed Hartman Hwy, Rm 105, Cincinnati, OH 45242.  Call 403-0648, Debbie, for more information.
